Ok, I'll explain this vid too. So, the shooter attempts to shoot the target but either hits him in the arms or legs which requires another shot. He then throws the tomahawk at the target as he is falling into second chance from a teammates shots resulting in a hit marker. The teammate then finishes the target off.

I've had this exact thing happen to me too except it was with the knife.
