How you did you hear about us (If you were recruited, who recruited you?): I posted a thread on the Call of Duty forums and a guy by the username of YoltsJohnnyyB replied with your information!
Age: 15
Location (City, State and/or country): Bradenton, Florida, USA
Rank (Prestige/Level): (Not far off from Prestige 1) Level 60 with about 3,000 more XP for prestige 1.
Win/Loss Ratio: 1.056
Kill/Death Ratio: 1.268
Favorite Gametype (Core, Hardcore, etc.): Prefer Core but I can play anything!
What gamemodes do you usually play?: TDM, Domination, Search, I play it all!
Weapon(s) of Choice: Remington R5, MTAR-X, USR, and if I wanna have a little fun the Bull Doge as I like to call it!
Perks/Equipment of Choice: Perks differ from sniper, rush, and my AR classes, For my sniper I run, Ready Up, Marathon, Scavenger, Sit Rep, Focus, Hardline. For my rush (MTAR) perks are, Ready Up, Agility, Marathon, Dead Silence, Focus. For my AR (Remington) perks are, Ready Up, Agility, Quickdraw, Focus. For my equipment I tend to run a concussion on each class.
Map(s) of Choice: Octane, Freight, Warhawk, Stonehaven, and Whiteout
Do you have a PS3/Xbox360/Wii headset and/or Skype? : I do have a headset and Skype.
Previous Clans, and Why You Left: No previous clan association.
How long have you been playing CoD series?: All the way back since Modern Warfare.
Multi Clanning/changing your "iS" tag is strictly prohibited and will get you banned. Do you understand? : Yes
Rocket Launchers are allowed, however, the grenade launcher attachment is not. We don't mind you using it sometimes, but don't over-do it. Do you understand? : Yes
Glitching and hacking/boosting are also prohibited and will also get you banned. Do you understand? : Yes
Best time to contact you for a tryout? : Fridays, Weekends. I'm free at the time of this post.
Other Information you might want us to know: I'm a very funny guy and get along with others great! I play a very hard and aggressive style of play and I can contribute to your clan greatly. I'm also not bad at callouts for search and dom.

Glad to see you applied! As of now our 360 side is lacking members, so we're letting recruits in without a tryout.
