Like get 6 people who play the same game on the same platform to be a team/squad. My former clans have done this and it was pretty cool because they would rank the squads, it was just a fun competition to become the top squad on your platform. Plus it makes everyone better because you can practice against the other squads and things like that. every other month they would do a gigantic tournament and get ranks like that, or they would make everyone in the clan take a vote.

Yea we've discussed this many times and its really hard to build squads with how little of a clan we are because people are random with when they are on. Like me for instance, i am hardly on because the only time i like getting on is in the evening and i usually work anywhere from 6pm-6am.
