The next COD will probably be in space or at least have a futuristic theme kind of like the new Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. I first heard this from (i think it was Seananners) but it was about how Activision has been registering domain names with references to space/future warfare. I think that this is the only way to go as they cant really do any more in the real world/modern warfare type of game. I think that COD could be really fun in space/future.

Im feeling ww2 again, they made a good wwii game and i hope they bring that back.

I'm on the same page as Morman but I'd really enjoy to see another WW2 COD.

I never got around to playing WaW on Wii and I don't know that much about the 'military/fighting' side of WW2.

And surely a new WW2 CoD would technologically surpass WaW so it wouldn't be the same exact game. (by that I mean better graphics and such with TODAY'S better technology then back when WaW was made)

The majority of people feel that WWII has been overdone, thats why they've moved on to modern day. Plus they've used every weapon from WWII, people were complaining when W@W cam out because they felt that Treyarch was taking a step backwards from COD 4. The only other thing they could do that i can think of, besides a space/future game is either a Vietnam game (but BO already visited that briefly) or a game set in africa/african militia sort of thing (i think they had that in MW2). I guess they could do a game set in Asia but really the only thing i can see is them moving to space/future.

I hope that COD9 is based on slingshots for weapons and rocks--big huge rocks that you have to work as a team to throw to the opposite side of the map. PoKe would fail cause he's skinny and black!

I bet my dick could through huge rocks all over the place hehe.
