China Lakes/Rocket Launchers are allowed, however, the grenade launcher attachment is not. We don't mind you using it sometimes, but don't over-do it. Do you understand? : Yes

Memk. We have discussed your application for admittance several times, we have looked at the information regarding your ban, and we have heard your recollection of the events, and what you planned to do to prevent problems moving forward.

Despite this the results of the vote from 8 Leaders/Founders have yielded a 5 -1 decision against allowing you to rejoin. While there are still 2 leaders who have yet to vote it is impossible for you to receive a majority which is necessary to receive membership .
