possible homepage?

some people that are new to forums find it fairly hard to figure out how to apply for the clan find out if they made it etc. SO im proposing making a simple homepage with the clan banner and a youtube video i can make to make everyone familiar around here at the begining , a type of introduction basically, im thinking all that the title page needs is a banner, a link to the forums, the video and an option to not see the title page anymore. Thoughts on this?

yeah! I really like that idea!! cuz When I was applying to the clan I found it hard to know what and what forum I had to go to! So I like this idea

What i would really like to see as a "homepage" is a Logo for Infamous Society then little tabs at the top "Home" "Members" "Video" "Applications" and "Forum"
The home puts you back on the front page.
Members takes you to the members page where you can see who's on and who's registered and maybe beside the user names have their PSN or Wii or xbox names that way you don't have to scroll through the forums and hope that list is updated. And maybe shows members youtube accounts if they have one
Videos links to our Youtube or a new one or if its possible make a minisection where you can click a member and it goes to their youtube
The Application button would bring up the forum post about how to apply
and the Forum brings you to the forum.
Also maybe a chat tab you click on brings the chat up in a new window/tab
