COD Practice

Hey guys, I just want to start off and say that the PlayStation division is kicking major ass. I am glad to see that were taking advantage of Elite and the team we have is awesome. Now clan practice, I am looking for ideas for clan practice so we can continue to become better as a clan. I believe if we come up with some tactics during games we will be able to improve. Facing each other in a private match won't help as a clan, because we won't be facing each other. Members will be facing random people in game and we should train on randoms in game. Communication is key to success when it comes to COD, if we want to continue to dominate as a clan we need to communicate as a clan. Trash talking can be an issue with some members of the clan, now I know sometimes randoms will be asses. Give them what you got but make sure you don't become banned. If we wiped the other team out DON'T trash talk if we won. Our clan wants to be respectful to other players, in turn this may raise the chance of new members joining the clan. If I was a random and was looking for a clan I wouldn't want to join one that talks trash. It's not good sportsmanship.

Here is an idea to improve on communication, every time a clan member is killed let other people know where they killed you. This will let other members know where the opposite team is and will be able to keep an eye out. Now I have seen members do this already which is great. I just want to see others members doing this as well. If anyone has any ideas for practice, communication, or tactics please give us your ideas. Thanks again guys for all the hard work, it's paying off and making the clan better.

One thing is have specific call outs for areas of every map. We do this pretty well on dome where the areas are loading, office, dome, nd bunker. For other maps tho it doesn't seem like we have too many names for specific areas. If we did it would be a lot more easier to tell team mates where the enemy is

I agree, so our next goal is to try and make landmarks for each map. This way we can call out right away and it will keep the mic open. Good idea Dubbs!

For this we might need to do a couple private matches jus to take everyone through it and get use to names. Even make up some that's easy to remember

I agree, go through each map on private and just try and make landmarks to remember and call out.

I think we're set with village to like bridge, under bridge, big and small cave, hill, and market.

i just call out running north to south. East to West, etc. Blops was easier to call out cause the coordinates. :/

As for call outs I won't get into them most likely I will say like watch behind you and he's on the plane but every death is ridiculous if we have a game with everyone dying twenty times that's over 100 call outs just in deaths not to mention at other random times

As for playing against each other in private match IMO is the most far off opinion I've ever seen playing against each other helps us bond and get to know our fellow clan members strategies and strengths and weaknesses

Like I never realized how good g killa was until facing him but then I learned a way to stop him and I told hi about it and next game he didn't do it and he raped me

That improves our clan.

This is why Ps3 is the best. We are the most organized. Not to mention we are all sexy beast.

JJ, I agree with your idea for practices and getting everyone on the same page. I also agree with Twitch, callouts - IF their good, its small /simple - 1 word callouts cause their is alot of confusion as it is!

What I will suggest is that the NEGATIVITY stop. No one wants to hear "WTF! HOW DID HE SEE ME" -- he saw u, ur dead...get over it, move on. Be a part of the solution. Change weapons, stop running around. Figure IT out. The game is the same for everyone, not everyone plays it the same.

I think 1v1 is very good for practice- especially if (like Twitch did) you figure out someones weakness and help them.

Completely agree with Nox, i had only had a mic for a few days now, havent been talking much, sorry bout that guys. Ive been trying to figure out all the landmard names that everyone uses. I think having a good "location callsign" system would be great. although no one will learn them instantly it will take a little while for EVERYONE to learn them.

A member yesterday was blaring music so I PMd him to stop or id mute him and he said mute me then so I did

There's no need for that in the clan. Quit playing musi and respect your betters trolol

during the old days(not cod), we used to put codes on map locations like 1, 2 or 3 or whatever. this really helped us know where enemy locations are plus enemies won't understand what it is. i just don't know if this would work out well on mw3. just throwing it out there....

Twitch, thanks for doing the right thing by msging that member privately and asking him not to blast music. Also by not blasting that member on the site. Everyone should know - thats not gonna fly high in [iS].

Good to find out I did something right for once I just thought it was absolutely ridiculous that that had to take place. I did encourage him a little after the fact by kinda being an ass so it's not entirely just his fault. ButIt just got me nad that he thought he could talk to me that way.

Also twitch, turn down your tv when your on the game with the group. We can hear everything twice lol

It's super sesnsetive which is why I talk in a whisper but I like the volume up so I can hear what you are saying.

I get to sacrifice one of two things. Hearing you or hewing the tv

I guess I will try lowering the volume of my voice on the mic then I'll just talk loouder and you won't here my tv haha

there is a need for shit like that when the arrogant bastard says "respect your betters". You don't know when to fucking quit with the arrogance. and dont message someone being an ass saying turn the music off or your getting muted, JUST MUTE THEM. if you woulda done that this would've never happened. Yessir and SmT i told you that so we could continue to play AS A TEAM. I don't mind talking to you and I wanted to be able to communicate as a clan and your music was preventing that. I asked you to stop AND YOUR AROGENCE said mute me then because your music is more important then clan communication.

makes sense, seeing how you dont do call outs or anything like that to help people out. Nobody was talking bout anything, so I figured I'd turn my music on. I didn't realize it was a crime.
